Students will take part in a Species Interactions in the Intertidal Ecosystem at Rickett’s point combined with the Moysey walk and lunch at Banksia Reserve |
Additional event details: Students will travel by bus to Rickett’s Point Marine Sanctuary and participate in a 2 hour educational presentation Species Interactions in the Intertidal Ecosystem. Students will not be swimming however will be near water. Appropriate footwear is recommended. Bathers are not required. Students will then do a 30 min walk to Moysey Garden traveling along the Moysey Walk, from here we will continue for a 20 min walk onto Banksia Reserve for lunch and some free time. Students will travel by bus back to Heathmont College arriving approximately 2.50pm Students are advised to bring lunch and drinks especially water as there is no guarantee that food facilities will be available on the day. Students will not be able to use their mobile phone during the day as per school rules and Government regulations. ****LATE CONSENT/PAYMENT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED**** |
